Onsite Recruiting Specialist - – Midland

Appleone is looking to add a new family member to the team. We are in search of a dedicated, organized, reliable, self-motivated, goal-oriented, team player to expand our organization in the Midland Area. Successful candidates will enjoy facing a challenging, but meaningful career. As an onsite recruiting specialist, you will be required to meet and exceed the expectations of the client by guaranteeing a 100% fill ratio of all job order requests. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordinating/managing the requisition of associates, providing final approval on candidates to be presented to the client, coach and counsel temporary associates as needed, coordinate temporary associate recognition program and regular incentives to boost moral, conduct orientations, and act as a liaison between temporary associates, Client supervisors, etc.
